Altyn Wallet
Altyn Wallet is a ruble wallet (an app and a Telegram bot) for moving money between Russian rubles and USDT: top up by SBP or from a Russian card (your own accounts only) or with USDT on TRC-20 or TON, and withdraw rubles to your own bank details or USDT to a wallet. Deposits and withdrawals are free; USDT is converted at the app's own rate, about 0.6% below the market when you sell USDT for rubles.
