Avosend is a Russian money transfer app licensed by the Bank of Russia: you pay in rubles from a Russian card, by SBP or from the Avosend wallet, and the recipient gets US dollars in about 45 countries or local currency in Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Thailand, Turkey, Sri Lanka, China and South Korea. Card transfers carry a small fixed fee (79 RUB, 29 RUB to Uzbekistan) plus a margin on the rate; transfers from the wallet topped up by SBP have no fee. Rates are pulled from the service live.
